Women in Leadership Conference set for April 10

An impressive roster of successful businesswomen will headline the April 10 Fordham University Smart Woman Securities Women in Leadership Conference.
The daylong conference, to be held in the O’Hare Special Collections area of Walsh Library on the Rose Hill campus, features women leaders in firms such as Citibank and JP Morgan Chase, as well as several smaller businesses.
Organized by the university’s Smart Woman Securities club, the conference “seeks to inspire, empower and connect women to help them reach their potential,” reads an event brochure. “As they begin their careers, we encourage young women to leverage their professional networks and understand the importance of making personal connections.”
