Top undergraduate business programs don’t just admit the best applicants, provide the best education, and send graduates on their way.
They also nurture students and support them throughout their careers.
Poets & Quants for Undergrads’ new ranking of undergraduate business schools set out to capture this complete picture.
It separately examined admissions standards, employment outcomes, and the full academic experience, each of which was equally weighted to generate the overall results.
All institutions included in the ranking are already in the top seventh percentile of accredited undergraduate business programs, meaning the results showcase the best of the best. Of this high-caliber group, the Gabelli School of Business ranks #31.
In contrast to the undergraduate ranking in U.S. News & World Report and the now-discontinued Bloomberg Businessweek list, Poets & Quants included an alumni survey for the academic experience portion.
In this survey section, the Gabelli School placed:
- #8 nationwide in alumni accessibility and helpfulness
- #9 nationwide in alumni network
- #9 nationwide in student contact with practicing professionals in the business community
The new Poets & Quants ranking indicates that the Gabelli School offers a high-quality, industry-focused college experience—and the results of the alumni survey show that to the university and its alumni, Fordham business students are more than just a number.
