Sports Marketing Internship

A sports marketing consulting firm is looking for an intern who will be responsible for assisting in the development of sports and entertainment sponsorship strategies, talent/athlete brand management, business development and bringing new ideas to the team. A marketing background and enthusiasm for the field is very important to the success of the candidate. Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must, and Photoshop skills are desired.

The fall internship program begins in late September and lasts through December. Specific start and end dates are flexible and will be determined with individual candidates at the time an offer is extended.

 

Eligibility Requirements

All intern positions are non-paying. Academic credit should be received for the internship experience from a university or graduate school in lieu of compensation. This can be a formal course credit, or extra credit that a specific professor is willing to provide. The firm requires confirmation of academic credit eligibility before granting an applicant an interview. Preferred candidates should be in junior standing in undergraduate study or enrolled in graduate or professional school.
