Fieldstone is seeking ambitious, diligent and motivated individuals for financial analyst positions in its New York office. The position entails extensive quantitative analysis of a variety of complex corporate and project finance transactions. Specific responsibilities will include performing financial modeling, writing offering memoranda and performing general research.
Fieldstone offers a challenging and collegial environment with competitive compensation and benefits. Interested students must be candidates for a bachelor’s degree with a major in business or economics, and possess an affinity for quantitative analysis, strong writing abilities and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must have a minimum of two semesters of accounting and finance courses as well as relevant work experience. Fieldstone is seeking students with an interest in the investment banking industry, as well as renewable and conventional energy.

Job Details/Specific Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis/modeling of different types of energy projects, including conventional and renewable energy to support transactions
- Produce written material such as offering memoranda, credit committee reports, pitches to potential clients, management presentations and teaser documents
- Support senior bankers during marketing process including organization of documents, financial analysis and communication with potential investors
- Conduct market research to facilitate ongoing transactions and potential clients
