Interns will gain invaluable hands-on financial accounting experience while working directly with the finance and administration managers.
Duties may include, but are not restricted to:
- Creating and managing P&L pro formas
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
- Tracking sales and revenue forecasting
- Performing account reconciliations using QuickBooks
- Supporting balance sheet, statement of cash flows and other financial reports
- Managing and updating client invoice trackers
- Assisting in tax compliance and other matters as necessary
- Supporting executives with basic administrative duties
This position is ideal for a college student or recent graduate looking to understand how the back end of a company operates on a daily basis. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as computer skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Intern qualifications
- College student or recent graduate
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- General knowledge of auditing practices and principles
- Knowledge in financial reporting, accounting practices and principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor
