Interns will gain invaluable hands-on financial accounting experience while working directly with the finance and administration managers.


Duties may include, but are not restricted to:

  • Creating and managing P&L pro formas
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Tracking sales and revenue forecasting
  • Performing account reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Supporting balance sheet, statement of cash flows and other financial reports
  • Managing and updating client invoice trackers
  • Assisting in tax compliance and other matters as necessary
  • Supporting executives with basic administrative duties

This position is ideal for a college student or recent graduate looking to understand how the back end of a company operates on a daily basis. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as computer skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Intern qualifications

  • College student or recent graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • General knowledge of auditing practices and principles
  • Knowledge in financial reporting, accounting practices and principles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor
