Fordham research to be highlighted at California events

The California contingent of the Fordham University family will get a chance in March to hear about some of the most interesting research coming from the faculty at the schools of business.
Lerzan Aksoy, a professor of marketing and the author of several books, will be discussing her research into brand loyalty and customer relationship management during two stops on the West Coast. Joining Aksoy will be Tim Keiningham, the global chief strategy officer at Ipsos Loyalty and co-author of their new book, The Wallet Allocation Rule.
