Christine Janssen, clinical assistant professor of management systems and director of the undergraduate entrepreneurship program, is always on the lookout for new businesses to introduce to her Exploring Entrepreneurship class.
After learning about Transfernation, a startup nonprofit that helps redistribute food from corporations and events to Manhattan homeless shelters, Janssen proposed that her students help the company expand into the Bronx.
