Aksoy appointed associate editor of Journal of Service Research

Lerzan Aksoy, a Fordham University marketing professor and author, has been named associate editor at the Journal of Service Research.
The journal is published quarterly and is considered the world’s leading journal in its field. Aksoy, who joined Fordham’s Schools of Business in 2008, has had a number of research articles published in the journal.
Aksoy’s research interests include consumer satisfaction and its relationship to customer loyalty and firm performance. She has been recognized several times in Turkey for her research.
The professor’s books include Why Loyalty Matters and Loyalty Myths. Her most recent effort is The Wallet Allocation Rule.
