Because empathy is a major skill needed to grow innovative mindsets and helps leaders come up with better solutions for the needs of their organizations. In short, empathetic workplaces enjoy robust, healthy connections, stronger collaborations, less anxiety, and greater morale. Empathy is a skill that can be intentionally practiced and learned, which is why Narrative 4 thrives in the corporate sector.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Narrative4 Trainers will provide best practices for listening with curiosity and empathy. They will walk participants through the story exchange process and then facilitate the inclusion story exchange with each group. Finally, they will train participants on how to be Narrative4 story exchange facilitators. This will provide you with all the resources you need to host story exchanges within your communities.
