This conference is an opportunity for the women of the Gabelli School of Business to connect across diverse backgrounds, industries, and positions. To learn from and empower each other. To be present, ask questions, and advocate for our ideas. To come together to empower future female leaders. We will explore themes such as career journeys, the impact of mentorship, and the importance of setting high standards & recognizing achievement.

*This year’s conference will be held in person at Mc Nally Amphitheather. However, due to current COVID restrictions, the event will be broadcasted virtually for alumni/ guests and prospective students
