Three last chances for Marketing Principles events credit

Right after Thanksgiving, students enrolled in the Marketing Principles course have three more chances — the last of the semester — to get the event-attendance credits they need for class.

Students who are simply interested in marketing can benefit, too, because these events are open to all students.

Event: Marketing leadership forum with Sales Huddle
Date: Tuesday, November 27, 2012

Sales Huddle is a global management consulting, training and recruiting firm that operates in 12 countries and works across all sectors of the sports industry. It has offices in New York, New Jersey, Washington DC and Miami. This session will be run by company founder Sam Caucci.

Event: McCann Erickson on-site office visit
Date: Wednesday, November 28, 2012
Time: 1:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The group will visit McCann’s Manhattan office to hear about the agency’s business. McCann Erickson New York is the flagship office of McCann Erickson Worldwide, the world’s largest advertising agency network, with operations in more than 120 countries. The Ram Van will depart campus at 1:45 p.m. sharp. The session at McCann Erickson’s offices will run from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Event: Marketing practitioner session with G2 Organics
Date: Thursday, November 29, 2012
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Students will brainstorm on new product development and target promotions for G2 Organics. Founded by Cherie Corso and Marie Lamari, the company sells natural and organic cosmetics.
