Not all interviews are held in the office. Sometimes it is up to the interviewee to find a location for an in-person, phone, or Skype interview.
Here is a list of places near or on the Lincoln Center and Rose Hill campuses that may work well for that next interview.
Argo Tea (58th and Broadway)
This is a great spot to meet an interviewer. It has a plentiful menu and ample seating. In addition, it’s close to the subway, making it easy for the interviewer to reach.
Hughes Hall Meeting Rooms
These rooms have technological features and offer a more secluded environment for a Skype or phone interview. It’s best to reserve ahead of time to make sure you have no problem finding one when it comes time.
Library Group Study Rooms
Need somewhere quiet? This is the place to be. Book a room in advance to conduct your interview via phone or Skype.
Le Pain Quotidien (65th and Broadway)
Aside from the delicious bread, this spot has an extensive menu that has something for everyone. The atmosphere is ideal for a work lunch or informational interview.
Local Public Library Meeting Rooms (Various Locations)
The New York Public Library offers small-group meeting rooms for free. You can reserve them online ahead of time and meet your interviewer in a location that is convenient.
