Gabelli School Offering 4+1 Undergraduate-to-Graduate Degree Options

Are you an undergraduate student at Fordham University who has always thought about continuing your studies and obtaining your master’s degree? 

Now, through the Gabelli School of Business accelerated 4 + 1 program, it is easier than ever to complete both your undergraduate and graduate degrees by adding just one extra year of school.

By taking advantage of the 4 + 1 opportunity, you will see that up to six credits from your undergraduate degree may be counted toward your master’s degree. A minimum of 30 credits must be taken at the graduate level.

Additionally, GMAT/GRE waivers may be available, with an expedited application process and no application fee. Finally, all 4 + 1 applicants will be considered for a maximum $15K merit-based scholarship.

Examples of how specific majors and classes might tie into Gabelli School master’s degrees are: 

• FC Economics Major students can waive 6 credits of MS in Global Finance with two Economics courses, such as ECON 3347 International Finance and ECON 3636 Money and Banking.
• FC Communication and Culture, FC Journalism and FCLC New Media and Digital Design Major students can waive 6 credits of MS in Media Management with two Communications courses, such as COMC 3380 International Communication and NMDD 3308 Professional Social Media.
