Bringing together more than 200 people—most of them college students—early on a Saturday morning is no small feat.

But Fordham’s Entrepreneurship Conference, known as TrepCon, is no typical gathering.

Run by the Entrepreneurship Society and the Gabelli School of Business, it’s a day-long conference on everything entrepreneurship.

This year’s agenda kept attendees busy for a full day, but the conference’s effects are lasting much longer.

James Merkel, BS ’19, explained: “My favorite part of the conference was actually leaving the event. Hold on, hear me out. After a full day of listening to successful and motivating entrepreneurs, I arrived back at campus with my notes and memories of interacting with and learning from some truly incredible people. That is priceless.”
