Hungry for good conversation?
These three upcoming events may be just what you want on your plate.
Between April 8 and April 13, three accomplished people are coming to speak with Gabelli School undergraduates.
Each event includes a complimentary meal, because connecting over a nice lunch or dinner is a great way to meet people.
The only thing is—you have to register in advance.

April 8: U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Peter Pace (Ret.), a former chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, will hold a sit-down lunch with a group of Gabelli School students in Room 313 of Hughes Hall on the Rose Hill campus. Pace will share his thoughts on leadership. The event, which is free, will be held from 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Click here to register.
April 9: Robert F. Long, the CEO of Daily Underwriters of America, will have lunch with Gabelli School students in Room 313 of Hughes Hall on the Rose Hill campus. Long will share his insights on ethical decision making in life, a Jesuit education and the pursuit of excellence and entrepreneurship. The event, which is free, will be held from 11:45 a.m to 12:30 p.m.. Click here to register.
April 13: Jerry Makris, a Fordham MBA graduate and vice president and director of finance operations at Fantis Foods, will be the featured guest at the Alumni/Student Supper Club. Students who attend will get dinner, career advice and the opportunity to network. The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Thalassa on 179 Franklin Street. In order to be considered, students must fill out an application form by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1. A small group of students will be selected out of those who apply.
