About the host:

Mr. John Cesarz is a director of Miller Buckfire, an investment bank that provides corporate finance and strategic advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries. Mr. Cesarz’s advisory experience includes mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring transactions for clients such as Alaska Electric Light and Power, Dura Automotive Systems, CDX Gas, Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, The Reader’s Digest Association, Stallion Oilfield Services, Sunterra Corporation and many more. Prior to joining Miller Buckfire, Mr. Cesarz was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Chanin Capital Partners and also served as an analyst at Banc of America Securities. He earned a B.S. in accounting, magna cum laude, from Fordham University.
