About the host:

Francis J. Conroy is a managing director and COO at KKR Prisma, formerly Prisma Capital Partners LP. He is also a member of the KKR Prisma Investment Committee. Before he joined the firm, he served as chief financial officer of Mezzacappa Management LLC, a registered investment adviser that manages fund-of-funds. Mr. Conroy has also held positions with Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, McKinsey & Company, Inc., Catalyst Energy Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Science from Fordham University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
