Juniors: SMBC recruiting Jan. 30 for credit internships

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation is coming to campus in late January to recruit students for its 10-week paid summer internship program. Interns will work in the credit department of the SMBC Americas Division, located in midtown Manhattan.

Date: Thursday, January 30, 2014
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Location: Daleo Hall B (lower level of Hughes Hall)
In addition to a salary, interns will get practical training in credit/financial analysis and a chance to help their superiors with important commercial lending transactions.
Students who excel in the internship program could, based on company needs, be offered future internships or full-time jobs.
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
- Completion of junior year by June 1, 2014
- Cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better
- Ability to work the full 10 weeks of the program, which runs from Monday, June 2, 2014, through Friday, August 8, 2014
