Did you know there is a multinational firm based on Long Island that is looking to hire Fordham students for its management track, including a starting salary of $60,000 per year?

It’s time to get to know Pleatco, LLC, a Glen Cove-headquartered company that produces products used in the pool and spa industry. Having opened a new manufacturing facility in Mexicali, Mexico, within the last year — and having tripled its sales since 2006 — the company is poised for continued growth.

It is also looking to hire aspiring managers.

The company seeks members of the Class of 2012 for its management training program, which exposes participants to all facets of Pleatco’s business: sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering and accounting. Here is a brief stat sheet on the available positions, which also offer great advancement potential:

Salary: $60,000 plus signing bonus
Additional compensation: Year-end bonus
Benefits: Health, dental, 401K
Start date: July 1, 2011
