October is ACCESS YOUR FUTURE month!

Access Your Future is a month-long series of events at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business designed to help students gain insight into career paths. This year’s events are specifically geared to encourage students to think beyond the obvious — seeking out exciting, real-world applications of their majors in accounting, finance, marketing, management, and information systems.

Examples of our approach? Maybe a finance major would learn about careers in health care that tap into the finance skill set. A marketing major could find out about opportunities in selling renewable energy. A student focusing on accounting might learn about the in-house accounting department of a major-league sports team.

When: AYF 2011 events will take place throughout the month of October.
Where: Most events will take place on Fordham’s Rose Hill campus in the Bronx.
