You’re invited: Fordham Corporate Law Center program, Jan. 23

Gabelli students, faculty, alumni and others are invited to a Fordham Corporate Law Center program that will examine whether financial reporting by the federal government meets Constitutional requirements. Guided by panelists, participants in this conference — the first of its kind — will:

  • Review the government’s actual expenditures
  • Examine its current and past financial reporting
  • Look at questions surrounding the Statement of Account clause of the U.S. Constitution and consider proposed reforms

Brian T. Fitzpatrick, Associate Professor of Law, Vanderbilt Law School
