Gabelli students, faculty, alumni and others are invited to a Fordham Corporate Law Center program that will examine whether financial reporting by the federal government meets Constitutional requirements. Guided by panelists, participants in this conference — the first of its kind — will:
- Review the government’s actual expenditures
- Examine its current and past financial reporting
- Look at questions surrounding the Statement of Account clause of the U.S. Constitution and consider proposed reforms
