Take off with International Business Week 2013!

International Business Week is here!

From February 4 through 7, pop into an IBW event to burnish your knowledge of international business, economics, politics and culture — great topics to have under your belt as you head out to spring networking gatherings and interviews. Highlights include:

  • A speech by the CEO of Florida Crystals, followed by a dessert tasting
  • Two free lunches with global executives
  • An appearance by the head of the Brazilian Trade Commission
  • Latin American economics and politics with an ambassador

Global Business Showcase

Date: Monday, February 4, 2013
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Location: Hughes Hall lobby
Go around the world without leaving the lobby of Hughes. International students will each sponsor a fair-style “booth” where you can learn about business in their country — and maybe sample a treat. Show your support for them by taking a few minutes to swing through!
Register: Not required. Simply stop by whenever, for as long as you want.
