Want to learn how to tailor your personal branding while challenging your views of the world?
On March 4, spend the afternoon at the Diversity Leadership in a Global Society Conference on Fordham’s Rose Hill campus, part of the University Week of Reflection on Race Relations. You will have the opportunity to talk about diversity while figuring out how to use this subject in job applications and interviews to define yourself.
Presented by the offices of Career Services and Multicultural Affairs, the events—which are open to all students—take place from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the McGinley Center. Can’t attend the full day of events? No problem.
Check out the schedule and select the events you’d like to attend.
Here are some highlights of the day:
- Welcome remarks by Father McShane
- Keynote by Dr. Claude Magnum, Professor Emeritus, Fordham University’s African-American studies department
- Faculty breakout session on social justice with Dr. Oswaldo Benavides, chair of the sociology department
- Employer presentations from Deloitte, New Victory Theatre and the Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access
