What’s coming in compliance? A panel discusses on Nov. 20

How has corporate compliance changed, and what new shifts are on the horizon?
Four executives deeply involved with regulatory issues and how they affect businesses will talk about these questions and more during a Nov. 20 panel discussion held at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus.
The panel, held by the Center for Research in Contemporary Finance, will “discuss firsthand how our participants explore the pros and cons of the compliance regimen and how they meet these challenges,” according to the center. It will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the E. Gerald Corrigan Conference Center in the Lowenstein Building.
The panel members are:
- Bari Havlik, chief compliance officer, The Charles Schwab Corporation
- Jacqueline LiCalzi, global head of regulatory relations, Morgan Stanley
- Cassandra Lentchner, global head of anti-corruption, government and political activities compliance, Morgan Stanley
- Michael Herde, head of compliance, Fidelity Investments
