9/11: Eurasia Group president to discuss global political risk

Dr. Ian Bremmer, a national bestselling author and president and founder of Eurasia Group, will visit Fordham on September 11, 2014 to share his views on international business and global political risk.

The first 100 students to arrive will receive a free copy of Dr. Bremmer’s book, “Every Nation for Itself: Winners and Losers in a G-Zero World.” The book explores the shift in the world economy and global uncertainty, and how these changes affect international peace and the ability to sustain growing populations.
About the speaker:
Dr. Bremmer created Wall Street’s first global political risk index (GPRI) and is the founding chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Geopolitical Risk. His company, Eurasia Group, is a global political risk research and consulting firm that provides analysis and expertise about how political developments and national security dynamics move markets and shape investment environments across the globe.
