Berkshire Beyond Buffett Flyer-2

UPDATE: Attendance for this event is at capacity.

The author of a book on billionaire businessman Warren Buffett and the massive company he built and still leads will visit Fordham University‘s Rose Hill campus on Nov. 11 to discuss his book, Berkshire Beyond Buffett, and the lessons it contains.

Lawrence A. Cunningham, a research professor at George Washington University, addresses in his book not only how Buffett created Berkshire Hathaway, a $300 billion company, but also why he believes the firm will continue to thrive without its founder. The author’s Fordham appearance is being hosted by the Gabelli Center for Global Investment Analysis.

“Cunningham takes a deep dive inside the cultures of Berkshire’s subsidiaries, highlighting the value of integrity, kinship, and autonomy — and revealing how building moats around the castles may help the firm outlast its visionary founder,” Wharton professor Adam Grant wrote about Cunningham’s book.

All attendees will receive a free autographed copy of Cunningham’s book.
