Feb. 27: Panel takes up three views on corporate governance

Three panelists, representing three distinct views of shareholder participation in corporate governance, will hold a discussion on the issue at a Feb. 27 event at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus.
Glenn Migliozzi, a partner and co-chief investment officer at LakeWater Capital, will represent the shareholder’s view. Ken Kopelman, the co-chair of corporate governance practice at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis and Frankel, will represent the board’s view and Xianjue Wang, a doctoral candidate at Rutgers University, will represent the academic view.
The discussion, presented by the graduate school of business, will be held in the E. Gerald Corrigan Conference Center on the 12th floor of the Lowenstein Building.
