Here is a message to all Gabelli School students from Steve Hearn (GSB ’15), president of the Alternative Investment Club:

Are you interested in hedge funds, real estate, or commodities like gold and oil? These assets, plus many more, are considered alternative investments. Join the Alternative Investment Club this Monday, September 23, at 5:30 p.m. in Hughes 212 to learn more about how you can meet professionals and develop the skills needed to succeed in the alternative investment industry.

The first meeting will be an information session outlining the club events planned for the semester. We also have invited the professors from each Fordham alternative investment class, who will present an overview of their courses. New members welcome!

Please RSVP through Eventbrite to confirm your attendance for Monday. If the expected attendance exceeds the room capacity, the session will be broken up into two to ensure everybody can participate.
