As McKinsey & Company’ s former Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, she will discuss the 2021 Women in the Workplace report, the largest study of women in corporate America, and how the pandemic has impacted women and explores the intersectional experiences of different groups of women at work, including women of color, LGBTQ+ women, and women with disabilities.
