This is an optional step Gabelli School of Business M.S. students can complete to receive their Responsible Business Leadership certification.

This overnight retreat focuses on developing self-reflection and sustainability literacy skills. Throughout your stay, students will participate in a Strengthsfinder workshop and collaborate in small groups on an environment, social, and governance (ESG) focused case study.

The retreat is held at the Fordham Westchester Campus. Transportation, meals, and lodging will be provided by GSB.

Space is limited for this retreat. Preference will be given to students who intend to complete the certificate and participate in the Leadership Assessment workshop.
