This is a required step Gabelli School of Business M.S. students must complete in order to receive their Responsible Business Leadership Certification.

During the Leadership Assessment workshop, students will identify their unique leadership style through the DiSC assessment. Standing for Dominant, Influential, Compliant, and Steady – the DiSC assessment is a personality assessment tool that provides a comprehensive report of one’s leadership style.

This assessment offers an abundance of insightful information to both employers and their teams to maximize collaboration, communication, and overall productivity in the workplace. Leaders who are most successful can foresee and create dynamic environments. The DiSC Assessment allows those who aspire to become leaders to leverage their strengths and pinpoint areas of improvement to reach their fullest potential.
