Out for Undergrad (O4U) is a non-profit organization that hosts several professional conferences across the country every year. Applications are now open for the Out for Undergrad Business Conference. Out for Undergrad Business (O4UB, O4UBC) provides career and networking opportunities for high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in financial services, consulting, and accounting.
