Steven Yu is the owner and CEO of FooHoldings Group. His company is an extremely successful global Amazon storefront with an international supply chain that stretches from the U.S. to Vietnam. FooHoldings Group sells sustainable, biodegradable bamboo products (ex. eating utensils, plates, to-go boxes, bedding, etc.) that replace traditionally bio-hazardous materials like plastic. In America, his products are sold in CVS, Restaurant Depot, and Target to name a few. His company employees more than 70 people in the U.S., and there are 100+ employees in his factories in Vietnam. Steven is also a recent transfer student, a sophomore at the Gabelli School, and he just turned 20. His story will inspire the AAPI community, and all members of the Gabelli School Ramily. The Gabelli School’s Director of DEI, Clarence E. Ball III, will interview Steven in a fireside chat.
