Panel 1: Building for The Future
Panelists will discuss their career journeys to date and how they have benefited from mentorship or have been a mentor to another future leader. Panelists will also share how this has aided in their personal and professional accomplishments.
Panel 2: Knowing your Value
Panelists will discuss how they managed situations in their careers in which they highlighted their strengths, differentiated themselves from their peers, and achieved their professional goals with high standards.
Workshop 1: Negotiating in the Workplace
According to CNBC 60% of women said they never negotiated their salary. This workshop will discuss how women achieve their career goals and become more comfortable negotiating the benefits, promotions, or salaries that they are deserving of.
Workshop 2: Corporate Meditation/ Emotional Intelligence
According to Forbes, America has become the most overworked developed country in the world with 85% of men and 66% of women working more than 40 hours a week. Stress can have a detrimental effect on your career, leading to lack of focus, burnout, and inability to meet deadlines. This workshop will teach you skills on meditation, which can help to improve stress, anxiety, and focus in your personal and professional life.
