Other Key Stakeholders Who Will Explore Transformative Business Models That Will
Accelerate Investment in ESG Innovation
On June 20 – 21, 2023, the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business in partnership with Integrate, will host the Integrate23 Conference. The event will focus on CFOs transforming business models to accelerate investment in ESG innovation, creating better businesses for a better future, and will demonstrate to CFOs and their teams how to adopt, operationalize and execute ESG innovation at scale. REGISTRATION is NOW OPEN with a pre-SEC announcement price of $499 if registered before the SEC announces the Climate Disclosures (April, 2023).
“We are thrilled to be hosting this conference with Integrate, which will be centered around topics that are at the heart of the mission of the Gabelli School of Business and its Responsible Business Coalition, said Lerzan Aksoy, dean of the Gabelli School of Business. We are deeply committed to ESG initiatives and understand the importance of their integration at the highest levels of companies and organizations so they become ingrained in business operations, and ultimately become part of corporate culture.”
The Conference will provide financial executives with guidance on creating the best practices, business models and frameworks to evolve finance into regenerative finance—laying the foundation for a better future. The term “rCFO“ stands for the regenerative CFO who uses integrated systems thinking and works collaboratively with stakeholders to implement the principles of regenerative finance. Integrate’s 5-Pillar framework helps CFOs and their teams to produce and use ESG metrics and sustainability strategies to adopt integrated management and decision-making principles.
“At Integrate23, we have curated the best regenerative finance content in the world and placed this content into our 5-Pillar Framework that includes: Corporate Governance & Purpose, Science-Based Goal Setting, Decision Systems for ESG Innovation, Regenerative Financing, and Integrated Reporting, IR & Advocacy, including details on the SEC’s Climate/Carbon Disclosures, April 2023,” noted Scott Broomfield, Conference organizer and rCFO of Blueboard.
As part of the invaluable content the Conference will provide, distinguished keynotes will be delivered by Michael Dougherty, chief operating officer, Deloitte; Caroline Sullivan, chief accounting officer, Moody’s; and Dennis McGowan, vice president professional practice, Center for Audit Quality.
CFOs and their team members are encouraged to attend as they are critical to accelerating the capital flows to ESG innovation. “In the 21st century knowledge economy, thought-leading individuals and companies understand that investing in people and the planet will unlock growth, increase competitiveness, reduce risk and help create a regenerative economy for a better, more just society,” said Joy Pettirossi-Poland, Conference organizer and a business development consultant at Sustainable Brands. “The Conference will demonstrate the ways in which CFOs and their team members can do this.”
In addition to keynotes, the Conference will feature Chats and CPE-based, practical “how to” workshops. Attendees can choose their level of engagement based upon their interests, goals and objectives—from the basic (100s: Introduction to the concepts); to the intermediary (300s: In-depth on the 5-Pillar Framework); to the complex (500s: Comprehensive Reporting, Advocacy and SEC Climate Disclosures).
