Fordham University Gabelli School of Business Ranked #20 Nationwide by Poets&Quants Undergrads for Best Undergraduate Business Schools for 2023

When it comes to rankings, the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business undergraduate programs are on an upward trajectory to the top—a true testament to the School’s ability to compete at the uppermost levels of undergraduate business education and to provide an outstanding educational experience for students who seek to pursue a business career path in the U.S. or on a global scale.

The School was recently ranked #20 nationwide in Poets&Quants for Undergrads Best Undergraduate Business Schools for 2023. It faced enormous competition from many of the top undergraduate business programs in the country, but took its place in the top-20 for the first time in its history, based upon its success in meeting criteria in three critical categories used to calculate rankings—admissions standards, alumni experience, and career outcomes. The School also placed #11 for Academic Experience and #15 for Career Outcomes.

The Gabelli School of Business offers a unique, world-class approach to educating future leaders who will use the power of business to move society forward,” said Lerzan Aksoy, dean of the Gabelli School.

The Gabelli School of Business offers undergraduate majors in a wide selection of business-related areas including—Accounting: Public Accounting; Accounting Information Systems; Applied Accounting and Finance; Business Administration; Finance; Information Systems; Marketing; and Global Business. In addition, students have the option of choosing from a large selection of industry-focused primary and secondary concentrations.

“The caliber of the programs we offer, the networking opportunities that are available to our students, and the career outcomes that result, are all part of the very special value proposition that the Gabelli School of Business affords to undergraduate students,” noted Mark Silver, associate dean of undergraduate studies. “I want to thank all who are involved in providing the quality education and superior services that have led to this outstanding ranking. The School, which offers undergraduate business degrees at the Fordham University Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx and at its Lincoln Center Campus in Manhattan, has seen an uptick in enrollments over the past several years, which signals a strong desire for business education that meets the needs of a changing business environment and a changing world.
