(U) OCS: Advancing Women Leaders: Changing the Game for Women in the Workplace

March 7 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Event Navigation

Global leadership consulting firm Linkage has been gathering data and supporting organizations in readying their top female talent for 20 years. Some of the largest and best companies in the world to accelerate advancement of their women leaders use its research and programs. Come hear how self-awareness and the characteristics of clarity and connectedness help you identify, manage, and ultimately master hurdles that would otherwise hold you back.

This panel presentation includes Linkage executive and Fordham alum Maureen Graney, in conversation with Fordham University Vice President of Human Resources Kay Turner, Director of Career Services Annette McLaughlin and Alanna Nolan HR Business Partner Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Maureen, with Linkage’s US headquarters in Boston, will share the latest research including insights from her colleague Susan MacKenty Brady’s recent book, Mastering Your Inner Critic and the 7 Other High Hurdles to Advancement (McGraw-Hill Education, 2018).
