On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 6:00 – 7:45 p.m., at 140 West 62^nd Street, McNally Amphitheatre, Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, Marketing Area will host an industry panel discussion titled “The Fragrance Foundation’s Scents of Success^TM“ which will focus on the exponential growth of the industry and what it takes to develop and bring a successful brand to market.

The discussion will be moderated by Timothy Malefyt, Ph.D., clinical professor, marketing, Gabelli School of Business and will feature panelists Sharné Jackson, executive director, The Fragrance Foundation; Rebecca Bissessar, product and fragrance development manager, Victoria’s Secret; and Dorothy Chiapperino, marketing director, fine fragrance and Vishala Maharaj Patel, senior fragrance development manager, specialty—both from MANE, a leader in the global fragrance and flavor industry. A Q&A session will follow the panel in addition to a “smelling opportunity,” during which attendees will have the chance to experience some of the newest fragrances on the market.
