Norma Lopez, will be our guest for the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business annual Women History Month Speaker Series. She will join Lerzan Aksoy, Ph.D., dean of the Gabelli School, who will moderate this fireside chat, and provide insights into her highly successful career and her ascension from humble beginnings to the upper echelons of the business world. 

ABOUT NORMA LOPEZ
Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Digital Direct (E*Trade from Morgan Stanley). In her role, Lopez is responsible for the development and implementation of programs and services that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for Digital Direct. Lopez has extensive experience creating, leading and managing initiatives from strategic planning through implementation in financial institutions. She has covered Banking, Markets, Finance, Research, Risk, Tech and Ops in the span of her 20+ year career. A first-generation graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and  Master’s of Management. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Lopez now resides in Old Bridge, New Jersey, where she enjoys the company of her grandbabies and mini schnauzer, Jack, and dancing salsa.
