As we’re all too familiar with, the NYC real estate market is crammed with tiny, staggeringly expensive apartments. However, a lesser known reality is that it’s also brimming with competing interests, investors, and regulators. In this informal networking reception, we’ll hear from representatives of WeWork, the Green Building Council of NY, and FXFOWLE Architecture on a range of topics, including real estate finance, innovative design, and sustainable development strategies. Guests will have the chance to speak with other students, alumni, and professionals from various organizations – both internal and external to Fordham. You will come away with a greater understanding of how this city can continue to support the incredible growth that’s taking place within its boroughs and how we can ensure it does so in a sustainable way.
