Gabelli Plus
The Gabelli Plus program helps build a strong and cohesive Full-Time MBA cohort, while exposing students to current topics within the business world, preparing them for leadership roles, enriching their quantitative and soft skills, and guiding them in career development.
Once a week, on Wednesdays from 3:30pm-5:30pm, the full cohort gathers to attend two-hour lecture/workshop series on a variety of topics followed by dedicated networking time with speakers. Students can take leadership roles in hosting speakers and selecting topics for their classmates.
Also, as a member of the GSB community, you have access to a multitude of resources, events, and workshops to help you further develop your skill set and build relationships with peers, alumni, and industry leaders. You can look forward to:
We are committed to helping you gain the experience you need to excel. We work with students to provide additional workshops that meet their needs. Students also have the opportunity to apply for small grants to offset the cost of professional development workshops and conferences.
All graduate students are encouraged to participate in the Responsible Business Leadership program. Grounded in the Jesuit ethos of cura personalis (care for the whole person), this program will help you identify your core values and build skill sets to face unexpected challenges with clarity and purpose. You will cultivate a growth mindset through introspection and learn to better understand the perspectives of others to support an inclusive and innovative business culture. The certification will set you apart in the job market and help you become the kind of dynamic and thoughtful leader the world needs right now.
