Through the use of real-world case studies, the course will examine the actual step-by-step process undertaken by a hedge fund professional when considering an investment in the fixed income securities of a highly leveraged company. The course will be taught by a senior partner from a large distressed debt hedge fund with the goal of providing students with an analytical framework for analyzing and investing in high-yielding fixed income securities.
