12Twenty helps students secure jobs

12twenty_finallogos_color_croppedStudents want to leave college with two things: memories and a job.

Memories are easy to make. The job is the tricky part.

Fordham students now have an additional service to make it easier.

12Twenty is an external online resource contracted by the university-wide Office of Career Services. It integrates job tracking and on-campus recruiting into one platform. Students can find out what recruiters are looking for, see where their classmates are landing internships, get a sense of post-graduation salaries, and more.

Job seekers also can report their own internships and prior work experiences to create an online résumé of sorts.

Fordham is not the only school that has arranged for its students to use 12Twenty. Harvard Business School, Cornell University, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business are among the company’s other customers.

As the Gabelli School’s careers staff will tell you, it’s never “too early” to look for a job.

Students can start today—simply register with your Fordham email address.
